Seasonal impact of submesoscale eddies on the ocean heat budget near the sea ice edge: code

How to cite this Dataset

Description

Outputs from the MIT General Circulation Model (MITgcm) simulations in a re-entrant channel configuration (75x75 km, 538 m deep, with walls at the northern and southern boundaries and sea ice).
This dataset contains all data necessary to reproduce figures and analysis published in Greig et al. (2025, in prep). It includes MITgcm code, input and pick-up files and example outputs to run the four experiments
for Arctic and Antarctic summer and winter in both 3D and 2D (y-z dimensions only), to produce outputs from the ocean, sea ice and atmospheric components of the MITgcm.
