The raw data have been calibrated, and receiver noise has been subtracted. Data with SNR<10dB has been filtered out, consistent with the plots shown in the PhD thesis and paper. 
Raw complex voltages were recorded by the instrument, and processed to produce the spectra provided. The data have 512 velocity bins and the total integration time was 10s.
